摘    要:以聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷(PAE)为反应介质,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺为交联剂,丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵为单体,采用乳液聚合制备出阳离子交联聚酰胺/聚丙烯酸酯(PA)顺序互穿聚合物网络(IPN).纸张增强应用实验表明,当PAE/PA从1:0.5变化到1:2.5时,纸张干拉力提高38.5%,纸张湿拉力下降10.2%,纸张湿拉力和干拉力之比(W/D)下降35.1%,纸张耐折度提高62.2%.与非IPN相比,IPN能够使纸张干拉力和耐折度分别提高7.2%和14.2%,湿拉力降低5.6%.

Abstract:With using polyaminamide epihalohydrin resin as reaction agent and N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide as crosslinker, cationic crosslinking polyamide/polyacrylate sequential interpenetrating polymer networks (IPNs) were prepared by the emulsion copolymerization of arylamide/butylacrylate/methacryloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride. A potential buffer zone in the straw pulp was found by zeta potential determination when IPNs were added. When the mass ratio of PAE to crosslinking PA changed from 1:0.5 to 1:2.5, the paper dry tensile and folding strength increased 38.47% and 62.25%, while the wet tensile and the ratio of wet tensile to dry tensile (W/D) reduced 10.18% and 35.14% respectively. The paper dry tensile and folding strength increased 7.24% and 14.20%, while the wet tensile reduced 5.64% compared with the paper without adding IPNs.
