超宽带窄脉冲信号发生器的设计与实现

摘    要:采用双极型射频晶体管,利用其雪崩特性设计了具有双管并联结构的超宽带窄脉冲发生器,并对其电路及雪崩工作原理进行分析,用ADS 2008进行设计与仿真,讨论了宽带匹配问题,制作了射频电路板.超宽带窄脉冲发生器实物测试结果显示,双极性单周期脉冲脉宽为981.3 ps,脉冲幅度约为3V.

Abstract:Based on the avalanche of a bipolar RF transistor,a ultra-wideband(UWB) narrow pulse generator with dual parallel structure was designed.Circuit and its avalanche principle were analyzed,the ADS 2008 was used for the design and simulation,the broadband matching problem was discussed,and the RF PCB was made.UWB narrow pulse generator test results show that: single-cycle bipolar pulse width is 981.3 ps,and the pulse amplitude peak value is 3 V.
