全氧燃烧浮法玻璃熔窑燃烧系统的模糊预测控制

摘    要:设计了一个全氧燃烧浮法玻璃熔窑燃烧系统的模糊预测控制系统,采用了带参数白整定的模糊-积分复合控制算法,详细给出了离线部分的设计过程,并提出了可用于工程实现的参数自整定算法。仿真结果表明,引入模糊预测控制后,系统的控制效果明显优于一般模糊控制,具有较好的动态和静态品质。

Abstract:A fuzzy predictive control system of combustion setup in Oxy-fuel glass furnace was designed by arithmetic of fuzzy integral compound control with parameter adaptive function,the design process of off-line part was presented in detail,an arithmetic of parameter self-setting which can be used in engineering was also put forward.The simulation results show that the effect of system control by introducing fuzzy predictive control is better than the effect done by common fuzzy control.
