摘    要:采用三维瞬态有限元方法模拟碾压混凝土实际成层浇筑过程,仿真分析了金安桥水电站招标阶段不同坝段宽度的坝体应力,重点探讨了导致坝体上游面产生劈头裂缝的横河向表面温度应力与坝段宽度之间的关系.仿真计算结果表明,坝段越宽,坝体的上游面横河向表面温度应力越大,铅直向温度应力越小,顺河向应力变化不大.在综合考虑温度应力及其他因素的条件下,建议了可行的最大坝体宽度.

Abstract:According to the true construction process of Jinanqiao RCC gravity dam,the transient analysis of 3D FEM is applied to simulate layer-by-layer concreting process to get the temperature and stress field during construction period.The relation between monolith width and the thermal stress on the upstream along dam axial direction which will arose with cracks on the upstream is discussed.The simulation results show that the thermal stress on the upstream along dam axial direction will increase;the thermal stress along vertical will decrease and the change of the thermal stress along river flow direction will be little with the increase of monolith width.A feasible dam monolith width is recommended in consideration of thermal stress etc.
