摘    要:分析了装置中丙烯泄漏、反应升温速率及催化剂、活化剂、化工原材料等影响聚合反应的因素,提出了稳定生产、减少泄漏、优选原料、优化操作等方法降低丙烯消耗,建议应用蒸汽膜回收新技术和充分利用压缩-冷凝系统来回收尾气中的丙烯,提高丙烯回收率,降低丙烯消耗。

Abstract:The factors that affect the polymerization reaction,such as the propylene leakage in device,the reaction heating rate and the catalyst,activator,chemical materials are analyzed.The methods such as stabilizing production and reducing leakage,optimizing raw materials and operations are put forward to reduce the consumption of propylene.The application of new steam membrane recycling technology and make full use of compression-condensation system is recommended to recycle the propylene from exhaust gas,improve the propylene recycling rate and reduce the propylene consumption.
