耐高温隔热保温涂料的研制

摘    要:采用水性有机硅树脂和无机硅酸钠溶液共混改性后而制备的粘结剂为基料,以缩合磷酸铝为反应固化剂,通过添加空心陶瓷微珠和金属铝粉等功能性填料,制得耐600℃高温、隔热保温效果显著的隔热涂料。

Abstract:With cohesive made by improved mixture of hydrated organic silicone and inorganic sodium silicate solution as basic material, using contract aluminum phosphate as condensate, via adding functional spackle such as hollow pottery micro -bead and metal aluminium powder, heat insulating and preserving coatings can be produced, which is prominent at tolerating high temperature up to 600 ℃.
