摘    要:用X射线荧光光谱仪测量催化剂中轻稀土氧化物的含量,提出了以新鲜催化剂为载体进行配制标样,减少了基体效应。通过选择适当的测量谱线和背景测量角度,较好地克服了元素间的互相干扰,确保了分析的准确度。测量结果与给出的标准值吻合较好。

Abstract:X ray fluorescence spectrometric method was used for the determination of RE 2O 3 on catalytic cracking catalyst The matrix effect could be overcome by using calibration standards with fresh catalyst as matrix Spectrum lines and background angles were carefully selected Accurate analysis results could be obtained which were in good agreement with the standardized values
