T2铜管与Q345R管板胀接试验研究

摘    要:对T2铜管与Q345R管板进行胀接试验,测试胀接接头的拉脱力,并观察其随胀管率的变化。研究表明:T2铜管与Q345R管板胀接可以获得较好的胀接质量;当壁厚减薄量在5.5%时,可获得最大拉脱力;实际制造中,可以将壁厚减薄量控制在4%~8%之间;同时,胀接接头补胀时,应控制壁厚减薄量不超过15%。研究结果对制冷装置用管壳式换热器的制造有重要指导意义。

Abstract:Through the test investigation of T2 tube and Q345R steel tubesheet expanding, the tensile resistance of expanding joint was tested, and the changes with expanding coefficient was obsewed. The test showed that: it's easy to obtain good joint quality between T2 tube and Q345R steel tubesheet ;when the thinning rate of copper tube was 5.5 percents, biggest tensile resistance was got; during the manufacturing, we could set it between 4 and 8 percents; however, we should control it not pass 15 percents while re-expanding the joint. The results above-mentioned were great help to the manufacturing of heat exchanger for chilling.
