锰和硅添加对重度冷轧及退火后珠光体钢显微组织的影响

摘    要:用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)并结合图像分析方法研究了分别添加1wt%Mn和1wt%Si对Fe-0.8C共析珠光体钢重度冷轧及退火后显微组织以及渗碳体颗粒长大动力学的影响。结果表明,Mn和Si的加入可明显抑制重度冷轧及退火过程中珠光体渗碳体颗粒的长大过程,并使其球化程度及尺寸分布均匀性增大;锰细化重度冷轧及退火后珠光体钢渗碳体颗粒的作用效果优于硅;三种试验用钢重度冷轧及退火后渗碳体颗粒长大动力学方程分别为:对于Fe-0.8C钢,d=186.4t^0.195;对于Fe-1Si-0.8C钢,d=90.5t^0.205;对于Fe-1Mn-0.8C钢,d=85.9t^0.166。

Abstract:The influence of Mn and Si on microstructure and growth kinetics of cementite particles in severely cold-rolled and annealed Fe-0.8C steel was investigated by using scanning election microscopy,transmission election microscopy and an images analysis approach.The results show that the addition of Mn and Si obviously restrains the growth of cementite particles in the severely cold-rolled pearlite during subsequent annealing,and improves the distribution evenness of spheroidized cementite particle sizes.The addition of Mn is more effective to refine the cementite particles than that of Si.The coarsening kinetics equations of cementite particles for the alloys of Fe-0.8C,Fe-0.8C-1Si and Fe-0.8C-1Mn are d=186.4t~(0.195),d=90.5t~(0.205) and d=85.9t~(0.166) in turn.
