摘    要:介绍了电石法乙炔生产中压滤系统工艺的优化措施,通过工艺优化降低了电耗及维修费用,简化了工艺流程,降低了滤饼水含量和滤布消耗,达到了安全生产、节能降耗和保护环境的目的。

Abstract:Measures to optimize the process of pressure filtration system in prodution of acety- lene by calcium carbide method wcrc introduced. Through optimizing process, electricity consump- tion and maintenance cost wcrc rcduccd, the process was simplified, watcr content in filter cake and consumption of filter cloths wcrc decreased, achieving the aim of safe production, energy saving, consumption reduction and environmental protection.
