油酸钠和增效剂浮选磷灰石及其作用机理研究

摘    要:本文以增效剂(MA)和油酸钠作为捕收剂,在哈里蒙德管中浮选磷灰石和白云石的单矿物和人工混合矿物。试验结果表明,MA和油酸钠组成的混合药剂有协同效应。在碱性矿浆中,能选择性地分离磷灰石和白云石。 研究中,测定了捕收剂胶束浓度和吸附量。结果表明,MA可以改变油酸钠的预胶束浓度,促使油酸钠在磷灰石表面吸附,油酸钠和MA以物理和化学吸附,共吸附于矿物表面。

Abstract:This paper using sodium oleate and promoter (MA) as collectors separated the single mineral and the ar-tifically mixed minerals for apatite and dolomite by means of Hallimond tubes. The results showed the mixed reagents of sodium oleate and MA have selective separation of the artifically mixed minerals in the alkaline pulp, the mixed reagents have synergitic effects.In this work , mechanism of the interaction of reagents with mineral surface have been investigated by means of the measurment of collectors micelle concentration and collectors adsorption. It is shown MA change premicellar association concentration of sodium oleate, promote sodium oleate adsorption on the surface of apatite. MA and sodium oleate coadsorb on the mineral surface in the formation of physisorption and chemisorp-tion.
