| 摘 要： | 比较了IP直接传输和通过ATM网络传输IP业务的特点 ,详细描述了下一步以IP为核心业务的三种可能的传输网络结构 :DWDM线路系统组成的SONET环、DWDM线路系统连接的交叉连接系统构成的网状网和无交叉连接设备的DWDM光纤网 ,以及各种结构中主要管理功能的实现 ,并对各种传输网络结构的性能和成本进行了具体分析

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the options of carrying IP directly versus IP over ATM for three transport architectures: SONET bidirectional line switched rings(BLSR) supported by DWDM line system; mesh networks of optical (or electrical) cross connects connected through DWDM line system; and DWDM without underlying optical cross connects(OXC) It also includes some key functions necessary for service, such as restoration,and finally, analysis of the performance and cost of three architectures is presented |
