摘    要:分析了某发电厂200 MW汽轮发电机组密封油系统运行不稳定的原因,指出由于发电机转子轴颈磨损造成密封瓦内部油压分布不均、密封油信号指令不准确,最终导致密封油系统运行不稳定。阐述了此类故障的征兆、分析过程和判断依据,提出了相应的处理方法。

Abstract:The paper analyzed the reasons of oil sealing system unsteady operation for 200 MW turbine generator unit in a power plant, the analysis results showed that the unsteady operation is caused by unbalance distribution of oil pressure inside sealing pad due to rotor journal abrasion and inaccurate instruction of oil sealing signal and the symptom of this kind of fault, the process of analysis and the estimation criteria was discussed and some relevant measures to handle were also proposed in the paper.
