| 摘 要： | 以可持续发展理论为指导，分析了目前中国煤炭产业的发展现状和发展过程中存在的综合利用率低、环境污染、生态破坏严重等不可持续发展的问题，并针对存在的问题从宏观调控、产业结构、资源税费政策和环境补偿等方面提出了具体的对策及建议。

| Abstract: | Take sustainable development theory as a guide, analyze the current status of Chinese coal industry development and the low comprehensive utilization rate, environmental pollution, ecological destruction and other serious non-sustainable development issues in the development process, and put forward specific policies and proposals to deal with the problems in the aspects of macro-control, the industrial structure, resources tax policy and environmental compensation. |
