煤炭机械型轮材质的研究

摘    要:为了提高型轮的使用寿命,在原型轮材质HT25-47基础上加入硼合金进行微量合金化。试验结果表明:型轮材质的硼含量应控制在0.06%左右,磷含量在0.30%左右,型轮材质的硬质相应为合硼碳化物,其形态控制成断续块状,避免针状或莱氏体状。用该铸铁制造的型轮,其使用寿命是HT25-47型轮寿命的两倍以上,但生产成本每吨只增加五十元左右。

Abstract:In order to increase working life of the shape wheel, the boron alloy was added to the original shape wheel cast iron containing HT25-47. The test results indicate tha.t the boron content of the shape wheel must be controled in the range of about 0.06%, the phosphones content in the range of about 0.30%. The hard microstructere of the shape wheel could make the boron carbide under control, it's shape could be formed in intermittent lumps, not in needle or ledeburite. The working life of the boron cast iron shape wheel is twice as long as that of HT25-47 shape wheel, production per ton only increases about 50 yuan.
