含氟聚碳酸酯的合成及其物性研究

摘    要:用2,2-二(4-羟基苯)-1,1,1,3,3,3-六氟代丙烷和氯甲酸三氯甲酯(TCF)进行缩合聚合,同时将上述两种单体与2,2,-二(4-羟基苯)丙烷(双酚A)进行三元共聚合,然后测定聚合物的性能。实验结果表明,由于氟元素的引入,使聚合物的溶解性上升、表面能降低耐热性提高、折射率下降,使聚合物薄膜的柔软性增加、极限伸长率显著提高.

Abstract:Polycondensation of 2,2-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1, 1, 1, 3, 3, 3-hexafluoropropane and trichloromethyl chloroformate was studied and the trinal Copolymerization of the both above monomers with 2,2-bis (4-hydroxyphenyl) propane was carried out. The physical properties of obtained polymers were determinated and the results show that the surface energy and the refrangibility of polymers acan be decreased and the solubility increased due to the introduction of the fluor atoms. The thermotolerance and the toughness of the polymeric film were improved.
