| Abstract: | It′s introduced the structure of penetrative pavement and its superiority in environmental and ecological protection. These virtues include absorbing noise, improvement in thermal and optical environment in urban area. Penetrative Pavement can also improve the safety of traffic and flood control in rainy day. By using System Theory, some advice is also suggested. |
