| 摘 要： | 报道了用GC法来测定苹果中丙森锌的残留。在选定的试验条件下,丙森锌的最低检出量为1.0×10-10g。当添加浓度为0.05～5mg/kg时,丙森锌在苹果中的回收率为87.5%～99.9%,变异系数为4.23%～8.15%。

| Abstract: | The analytical method of propineb residue in apple was studied. Under the condition of the experiment, the detectable content was 1.0×10^-10 g. Recoveries were 87.5% to 99.9%, the variation coefficients were 4.23% to 8.15% when added with propineb at 0.05 to 5 mg/kg. |
