| 摘 要： | 简述煤炭企业的特点，指出其开展抗震减灾规划编制工作的诸多不利条件，给出煤炭企业抗震减灾规划编制的基本内容和步骤。结合黄陵矿区抗震减灾规划的编制，给出地震危险性分析及震害预测方法的选取依据及使用条件，重点阐述了煤炭企业抗震减灾规划编制中应着重解决的几个问题，对煤炭企业进行此项工作具有普遍的参考价值。

| Abstract: | The features of mines enterprise are stated and a few disadvantageous factors for it to carry out the earthquake relief plan are pointed out. The content and process of earthquake relief plan for mines enterprise are given. Combining with the establishment of Huangling mine region, the foundation of method selecting and the condition of method using for seismic hazard assessment and building damage predict are given out. A few problems for establishment of earthquake relief plan of mines enterprise are emphasized. These have general values for reference to mines enterprise on establishment of earthquake relief plan. |
