波节管换热器传热试验研究

摘    要:对3种不同几何尺寸的波节管和光管的换热及其阻力特性进行了试验研究.结果表明,波节的存在增加了对流体流动的扰动,提高了波节管的换热能力;波节管的换热能力随波节长度与波深比值的减小而增加,波节管比光管的换热系数与阻力压降比K/△p提高了1.50~4.01倍.拟合出的准则公式可为波节管实际应用提供一定的参考.

Abstract:Three specifications of corrugated tubes and slippery tube'heat transfer and resistance characteristic have been studied in this paper. Results show that the corrugated tube enhances the disturbance of liquid, which strengthens corrugated tube's ability of heat transfer; Corrugated tube's ability of heat transfer increases while the ratio of length and depth of corrugated tube decreases; The ratio of ability of heat transfer and K/△p of corrugated tube is 1.50-4.01 times more than the slippery tube's. The rule formula will contribute to some referenced value to the practical Engineering Application of corrugated tubes.
