摘    要:为研究分布式电源接入位置和容量对配电网安全稳定运行的影响,文中构建了静态电压稳定指标,设置了不同的方案进行仿真,仿真结果证明了DG容量和接入位置对配网有重要影响,同时有效验证了模型的有效性。然后,为减少DG的容量和位置不合理规划造成不利影响,文中建立了以综合成本、网损和电压稳定裕度为目标函数的模型,采用基于小生境的改进多目标粒子群优化算法对模型进行求解。通过算例仿真,求解多目标Pareto解。在实际决策过程中,规划人员可根据不同偏好或实际需求从Pareto最优解集中选择合适的最优解,实现DG的多目标最优选址定容,为分布式电源的经济可靠接入配电网提供重要的指导意义。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of access location and capacity of distributed power supply on the safe and stable op eration of distribution network,this paper constructs static voltage stability index and sets up different schemes for simulation.The simulation results prove that DG capacity and access location have important influence on distribution network,and effectively veri fy the effectiveness of the model.Then,in order to reduce the adverse effects caused by unreasonable capacity and location planning of DG,a model with integrated cost,n etwork loss and voltage stability margin as objective function is established,and an improved multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm based on niche is used to solve the model.Through the example simulation,the multi-objective Pareto solution is solved.In the actual decision-making process,p lanners can choose the appropriate optimal so lution from the Pareto optimal solution according to different preferences or actual needs,and realize the multi-objective optimal lo cation and constant capacity of DG,w hich provides important guidance for the economical and reliable access of distributed power supply to the distribution network.
