电励磁同步电机VF控制与矢量控制对比分析

摘    要:论文介绍了钢铁厂主抽风机电励磁同步电机的调速的要求及主要特点;分析了基于VF控制的主抽风机电励磁同步电机的调速方法存在的问题;研究了无速度传感器矢量控制在钢铁厂主抽风机电励磁同步电机调速中的应用;重点分析了两种控制方法的特点。并提出一种和基于功率因数闭环的转子励磁电流控制方法和基于同步机反电动势的转速追踪方法,实现了同步电机矢量控制下的带速重投。为国内钢铁厂主抽风机电励磁同步电机高压变频器调速提供了参考,在相关领域有很高的借鉴价值。

Abstract:This article described the requirements and the main features of speed control for steel plant main exhauster elec tric excited synchronous motor.The problems of speed control with VF control in main exhauster electric excited synchronous motor field are analysised.Application of speed sensorless vector control in main exhauster electric excited synchronous motor speed con trol field are researched.The characteristics of the two control methods are emphatically analysised.The method of rotor excited cur rent control with power factor loop were proposed and a method of speed tracing based on synchronous motor back-emf are proposed.The restarting at unknown speed of synchronous motor vector control are realized.A reference of main exhauster electric excited syn chronous motor speed control methed is providied for domestic steel mills,and a high reference value is provided for related fields.
