基于DSP的电液伺服实验台控制系统的研究

摘    要:电液伺服控制系统在工业自动化、国防等领域中得到了广泛应用,为了扩大其应用范围,提高利用率,需提高电液伺服控制系统的动态响应特性。针对目前的电液伺服控制系统综合实验台,设计出DSP控制系统,以CAN总线为底层网络,制定出通信协议,实现了DSP与上位机的通信,对实验台系统实时监控,最后在实验室模拟实际应用系统及环境,对实验台系统的各个功能模块及开环、闭环控制进行测试,对电液伺服系统的可行性进行了准确的验证。

Abstract:Electro hydraulic servo control system has been widely used in industrial automation,national defense and other fields,in order to enlarge its range of application and raise its utilization ratio,the dynamic response characteristics of electro-hy draulic servo control system must be improved.The DSP control system is designed for the current electro-hydraulic servo control sys tem test-bed based on the CAN bus,the communication protocol is designed to realize the communication between the DSP and the host computer,realize the monitoring of the test-bed system,finally,the function of the system and the open loop and closed loop control are tested in the practical application system and environment,the feasibility of electro-hydraulic servo system is verified.
