ASTM A350-LF2低温法兰失效分析及质量检验

摘    要:有限元分析和材质分析表明,乙烯冷区装置EA410工艺系统管线与丙烯换热器出口对应管法兰在低于正常工作条件下突然开裂,主要是开裂处存在明显的应力集中所致。同时,法兰材料粗大的金相组织及过低的Al含量加大材料的低温冷脆倾向,因此导致法兰非正常脆断。建议在对受压原材料、构配件的质量检查验收中,加强对原材料性能指标、受压元件设计、加工工艺的质量监控。

Abstract:Through finite element analysis and materials characteristics inspection, the abrupt crack of the title flange, which is in position of a propylene heat exchanger s outlet corresponding pipe system with a lower than the normal requirement of the cryogenic and pressure condition, is due to a distinct stress concentration. Besides, the coarse metallographic structure and the excessive lower Al content enhanced the tendency of brittleness in the cryogenic condition. The routine of the quality inspection is discussed for improving the reliability of the title flange and related equipments.
