基于GIS的湖南省国土资源遥感综合调查信息系统设计与实现

湖南省国土资源遥感综合调查信息系统是湖南省国土资源遥感综合调查成果的集成体现,是一个数据可动态更新的运行系统。论文始终遵循软件工程理论、面向对象方法、开放式GIS标准,分析了湖南省国土资源遥感综合调查信息系统的数据、系统需求,并对系统数据库、功能、结构、运行模式进行了总体设计。系统集成的思路与模式采用系统与数据相分离、图形数据与属性数据相分离两大原则;数据集成基于统一的数据格式、地图投影和编码标准,使得栅格数据、矢量数据以及相关属性数据能集成管理与查询;集成系统开发主要包括子系统控制、图形符号化、比例尺控制与图文互查等方面。在此基础上开发完成的系统是具有傻瓜式操作、数据可动态更新和应用子系统任意设置升级的管理型GIS。

System Design and Development Based on GIS to Information System of Remote Sensing Integrated Survey about Land Resources in Human Province

Information system of remote sensing integr at ed survey about land resources in Hunan province is compositive expression of r esults coming from remote sensing integrated survey about land resources in Hun an province,and is an operable system in which data can be updated dynamically .Following theories of software engineering,Object Oriented methods and standa rds of OpenGIS,this paper has analyzed data and system requirements of informat ion system of remote sensing integrated survey about land resources of Hunan pr ovince,and has designed database,function,structure and run mode of this syst em.The idea and pattern of system integration are based on two principles:sys tem being independent to data and attribute data being independent to graphic data.The data integration,based on uniform data format,map projection and cod ing standard,causes that raster data and vector,and also their correlative dat a,can be managed and queried compositively.Development of the integrated syst em mainly includes following aspects,control of subsystem,symboling of graphic ,control of scale and interquerying about graphic and information.The system that has been finished based on these basic is a managerial GIS,which has short cut and easy-operating function,and in which data can be updated dynamically ,and of which application subsystems can be set and upgraded discretionarily.
