| 摘 要： | 作为中国早期的马克思主义者，李大钊属于既接受了社会主义和无产阶级专政学说，又高举人权旗帜宣传人权理论的一代。他的人权思想的最重要的特点在于力图将个人主义人权观同社会主义人权观相结合，形成一种解放个性与实现自我的社会主义人权理论。重新研究李大钊人权思想的科学价值，对于克服人权虚无主义和重新认识社会主义与人权理论的关系，具有积极的理论意义和现实意义。

| Abstract: | As a Chinese Marxian in modern china,Li Da-zhao not only accepts the theory of socialism and the rule of proletariats but also hold high the banner of human rights and propagandize it. The foremost of his human rights thought is to try to integrate human rights between individualism and socialism and to form a new human rights theory of liberating individuality and realizing ego. This article tries to count for the value of his human rights and to understand the connection between socialism and human rights. |
