| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了我厂两个系统尿素造粒塔刮料平台投入使用以来所发生的腐蚀破坏情况以及在生产维修过程中曾采用过的防腐措施。通过多年总结摸索，新的防腐技术措施在防腐层整体性强度和抗收缩应力造成的破坏方面进行了加强，取得了满意的使用效果。最后介绍了该措施的施工过程。

| Abstract: | Corrosive destruction of scraper platforms in two urea prilling towers since their commissioningand corrosion preventive measures taken during their maintenance are described. Through years ofsummation and exploration,new technical measures of corrosion prevention have been taken to increase the overall strength of the corrosion-resistant layer and prevent destruction due to shrinkstress,and satisfactory results are obtained. Finally,the construction process of the corrosion preventive project is presented. |
