水泥浆液P~H值测定方法探讨

P~H值是低碱度水泥的一项主要性能,目前对水泥浆液P~H值的测定没有统一的方法。本文以电位法、中和法和传统的P~H试纸法对普硅水泥、高铝水泥、硫铝酸盐水泥和明矾石低碱度水泥浆液的P~H值进行测定和探讨,认为水泥浆液的P~H值是水泥品种及水化程度的函数,即水化龄期、水化温度、水灰比、搅拌方式等影响水化的因素都直接影响P~H值的测定结果。对水化时不产生Al(OH)_3胶体的普硅水泥,三种P~H值测定方法均可选用,而对水化时产生Al(OH)_3胶体的高铝水泥、明矾石低碱度水泥则不宜采用中和法。

THE APPROACH OF THE DETERMINATION METHOD OF THE P~HVALUE OF THE NEAT CEMENT PASTE

P~H value is a main property of the low p~H value cement, up to now, there is nat a unified method to the de- termination of the P~H value of Cement paste. In this book we make determination and approach to the P~H value of opc high alumina cement, sulphoaluminate Cement and low P~H value alunite cement by using potentiometric titration, nevtralization and traditional P~H test paper, we think the P~Hvalue at the cement paste is the fun ction of the cement varicties and the degree of hydration, that is, the factors-hydration age, tem- perature of hydration, W / C, and agitated type which influence hydration have a direct effect on the determi- nation result of the P~H Value. These three P~H Value determination methods can all be used to the opc which doesn't produce alumina hydrate but neutralization is not suitable to HAC and low P~H value alunite cement that produee alumina hydrate when they are having hydration.
