全球化虚拟企业与设计创新

摘    要:全球化虚拟企业是一种全新的企业组织形态,其基本精神在于突破企业有形界限以达到延伸企业的目的,其基本策略是"外部资源整合".虚拟企业没有自己的厂房与生产线,但是它能以快速创新的工业设计创造高弹性的竞争优势.工业设计在新一轮全球化知识经济竞争中的价值更加突显,充分发挥设计优势,以独到的设计创意领先于同类产品,以特定的产品视觉形态表现内在机能品质与人的个性价值诉求的高度和谐,才能在激烈的市场竞争中占有优势,起到提升产品附加价值与拓展消费市场的双重作用.

Abstract:Global Virtual Enterprise is a completely new form of nterpise organizations.lts primary spirit is breaking through the visable limitary of enter- prise to reach the goal of extending it and the primary strategy is fitting the external resources.Virtual Enterpise has not got its own factory and working lines, but it gets the competitive superiority of high elasticity with fast creating indus- try design.The value of industry design is much more prominent in the competition of new global knowledge economics.So amplify the superiority of designing competently with unique design innovative that superiors to the others and with special product visual conformation to display that the interior functional character keeps with the outpouring of people's personality value will get the superiority in the drastic market competition and promote the extra value of products and develop the consump- tive market.
