摘 要: | 以过硫酸铵为引发剂,在水介质中合成了水溶性马来酸酐(MA)/丙烯酸(AA)/2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙基磺酸(AMPS)/次磷酸钠共聚物,并找到了最佳合成条件。研究了共聚物阻CaCO3垢、Ca3(PO4)2垢及抑制Fe2O3和MgSiO3沉积的能力。

Synthesis property of a new inhibitor of scale MA/AA/AMPS/NaH2PO2 copolymer |

Abstract: | Water soluble maleic anhydride/acrylic acid/2 acrylamide 2 dimethyl propyl sulfonic acid/sodium hypophosphite copolymer was synthesized in the presence of ammonium peroxysulfate as polymerization initiator.The optimum synthetic conditions have been found out. The properties of the copolymer for inhibited formation of scale of CaCO 3,Ca 3(PO 4) 2 and deposit of Fe 2O 3,MgSiO 3 have been studied.The results showed that the copolymer possessed quite good effects on reducing the deposition of CaCO 3,Ca 3(PO 4) 2,Fe 2O 3,and MgSiO 3,even better than the similar products available in China. |
