| 摘 要： | 设备故障诊断与预知维修系统（PMS）是使点检工作信息化的重要工具，借助该系统可以很好的记录设备点检信息，并可以进一步分析设备劣化的原因和趋势，起到预检预控作用。该系统在济钢设备点检工作中运行顺利，取得了较好的效果。

| Abstract: | an important tool Failure diagnosis and prediction maintenance system （PMS） of equipment is making informatization of point checking work. This system can be used to record point checking information of equipment and to analyze further causes and trend of equipment deterioration so as to serve the function of pre-checking and pre-control. The system runs smoothly in the point checking work of equipment of Jinan Iron ＆ Steel Group Co and has achieved better effects. |
