摘    要:研究了保护渣对O’-Sialon-ZrO2复合材料的侵蚀情况,并与t-ZrO2材料对比。结果表明.保护渣对t-ZrO2的侵蚀小于O’-Sialon-ZrO2材料;ZrO2引入量的增多,有利于O’-Sialon-ZrO2制品抗渣性能的提高。这可能是由于ZrO2在保护渣中的溶解度较小,渣中CO与O’-Sialon的反应及渣中多元成分与O’-Sialon共同作用的结果。

Abstract:Investigations on the corrosion of concast protective slag on O'-Sialon-ZrO2 composite specimens have been carried out together with a Y2O3-stabilized t-ZrO2 specimen for comparison. The results have shown that the corrosion on t-ZrO2 material is slighter than on the composite specimens. The increase of ZrO2 content leads to improve the slag resistance of the O'-Sialon-ZrO2 product. This is due to the combined effects of lower solubility of ZrO2 in protective slag and more active reaction between O'-Sialon and slag and CO.
