电火花沉积工艺对不锈钢沉积层组织结构的影响

摘    要:采用新型电火花沉积设备,把YG8电极材料沉积在基体材料不锈钢(1Crl5Ni9Ti)上,采用X射线仪和扫描电镜分析了白亮层的组织结构和元素分布。研究结果表明沉积工艺对沉积层的相结构和元素分布有影响。

Abstract:By means of a new-type electroparking depositing equipment,YG8 electrode material was deposited on the surface of stainless steel (1Cr15Ni9Ti).The microstructure and chemical composition of the deposited coating were analyzed by XRD and SEM.The test results indicated that the ESD Process would influence the microstructure and clement distributing in the deposited coating.
