摘    要:简要介绍了二通插装阀的结构原理及特点,分析了插装阀启闭条件和内泄漏原因,通过对控制步进梁升降的插装阀回路的分析,强调了二通插装阀在实际应用中易被忽视的内泄漏和冲击振动问题。

Abstract:The basic structure and working principle of the two way cartridge valve is introduced. By analyses on the hydraulic circuit based on the two way cartridge valve,the paper emphasize that more attention should be paid to leakage, hydraulic impact and vibration in using the double cartridge valve.
