摘    要:目前水闸工程结构设计所采用的设计准则仍为单一安全系数法,该方法不能定量、科学地反映水闸工程的可靠性。遵照《水利水电工程结构可靠度设计统一标准》(GB50199-94),在查阅了国内外大量相关文献资料基础上,主要进行了土基上水闸抗力参数统计特征,闸室抗滑稳定承载力极限状态表达式的提炼以及分项系数的研究,首次较系统地提出了土基上闸室抗滑稳定的承载能力极限状态表达式及分项系数(套改),并以四川省七座水闸工程予以检验其合理性。

Abstract:Single safety coefficient method is still the design criterion of sluice engineering structure presently , but will not present reliability of sluice in a quantitative and scientific way. Following unified standard for reliability of hydraulic structures(GB 50199-94) and based on a large number of data obtained in China and abroad , this paper presents the statistical character of resisting force parameter of sluice on soil foundation , abstracts the bearing capacity limit state expression of stability against sliding and studies partial coefficients. The bearing capacity limit state expression of stability against sliding and partial coefficients in sluice structure was presented for the first time. The rationality was verified through seven sluice structures in Sichuan province.
