我国600 MW 火电机组直接空冷技术的开发研究

摘    要:出于我国节水和环保的需要,研究、开发大型空冷机组,建设600 MW 级空冷示范电厂已列入日程。从世界各国空冷机组的发展趋势以及基建投资、防冻手段等来看,直接空冷技术优于间接空冷技术。单排管空冷凝气器的使用,大大改善了防冻性能,从而增加了投运机组。600 MW 直接空冷机组的关键设备是:空冷汽轮机、散热器管束和大叶轮冷却风机;关键技术是:防噪声(机械通风时) 、防冻、系统严密性、凝结水处理等。

Abstract:The research and development of large air-cooling unit and construction of 600 MW air-cooling model power plant has been listed into the program due to the demand for water saving and environment protection in China.From the viewpoint of developing tendency of the conuntries in the world together with investment on capital construction and measures for prevention of freezing,the direct air-cooling technique is prior to the indirect air-colling thechnique.Application of single-row pipe air-cooling condenser has greatly improved the property of anti-freezing and increased the numbers of the units put into operation.The key equipment for 600 MW direct air-cooling units is: air-cooling turbine,pipe bundles of raiator and cooling fan with large impeller;while the key techniques are:anti-noise(for mechanical ventilation),anti-freezing,tightness of the system and treatment of condensate,etc..
