小型锂-亚硫酰氯电池的质量法研究

摘    要:利用分析天平对ER13150小型Li-SOCl2电池在贮存中的质量变化进行了连续测定和详细研究,发现室温下电池质量变化可以分成两类:一类平均质量减少44mg,电池确有SOCl2的泄漏;另一类质量减少在2mg以内,提高温度,泄漏相应增加。可见质量的降低是由SOCl2逸出造成的,但它不构成电池失效的主要原因。泄漏主要是由于电池的陶瓷密封有缺陷,其中陶瓷绝缘子与不锈钢的密封连接界面处的孔隙是一个重要原因。

Abstract:The weight variations of small Li SOCl 2 cells during storage were continuously measured and researched by analytical balance.It can be divided into two cases.Firstly,the average weight was decreased by 44mg,whereas the SOCl 2 gas leakage occurred.Secondly,the weight reduced was less than 2mg.With the raising of temperature,the gas leakage would be increased.So the reduction in weight was caused by SOCl 2 leakage,but it was not the main reason of failure.The gas leakage was mainly caused by the seam between ceramic insulator and stainless steel.
