锅炉低NOx燃烧优化技术试验分析

摘    要:在锅炉低NOx燃烧技术中,燃烧优化技术是降低锅炉NOx排放的首选方法.通过对江苏镇江发电有限公司4号炉进行燃烧调整试验,大大降低了锅炉NOx的排放浓度,确定了锅炉低NOx运行方式,分析锅炉效率和NOx排放量与电站锅炉运行参数的关系,以指导锅炉的高效低NOx运行.

Abstract:To the station boiler of having applicated low-NOx combustion technology,the method by optimizing combustion is first choosed to reduce the NOx emission.The combustion debugging and tests on No.4 boiler in Jiangsu Zhenjiang Power generation Ltd.Com.were carried out.It was analysed the boiler efficiency and NOx emission connecting to the running parameter of satation boiler.The optimum operation mode was determined to guide the high efficient and low-NOx emission running.
