目标温度对红外迷彩涂料伪装效能的影响

摘    要:研究了在不同温度下发射率为0.605~0.935的红外迷彩涂层的表观温度和红外图像以及由高、中、低3种发射率涂料组成的三色红外迷彩的辐射对比度随温度变化情况,获得了三色红外迷彩涂料的适用温度范围。结果表明:对于三色红外迷彩涂料,目标与背景实际温差每升高1 K,辐射对比度|C|增大约0.011,即伪装效能随温差增大而降低;当温差超过±20 K时,三色红外迷彩涂层的平均表观温度与背景表观温度之差大于10 K,即涂层几乎没有红外伪装效能。

Abstract:The apparent temperature and images of infrared pattern painting with emissivity ranging from 0.605 to 0.935 at different real temperature as well as the radiance contrast of three-color pattern painting,composed of coatings with high,middle,and low emissivity,varying with the real temperature were investigated,and the practicable temperature range for the three-color pattern painting was obtained.The results demonstrate that the radiance contrast(|C|) increases about 0.011 when the real temperature differe...
