Abstract:CFAR(Constant False Alarm Rate) is a key technology in infrared small target detection system.In order to overcome the shortcomings of the method of the single image detection under complex background,a proposal for threshold updating OSTWO CFAR detection based on Weibull distribution was presented.Infrared image was filtered by the Laplace filter and modeled,after that,CFAR detector was designed.For every test unit,threshold was calculated by the units around it,and then it was judged to be a target or bac...
