蒸发式车用液体燃油加热器性能试验分析

摘    要:对2台蒸发式车用液体燃油加热器的泵油特性,进气负压特性,过量空气系数特性和水流量特性,进行了性能对比试验。分析了不同泵油频率,助燃风扇不同转速和不同水流量对加热器性能的影响规律,为了解和进一步改进提高现有产品性能提供了依据。

Abstract:The characteristics of oil pumping,negative intake pressure,excess air coefficient and water flow have been compared for the two vaporizing liquid fuel heater for vehicles.The heater performance with different oil pumping frequency,different speeds of combustion-improving fan and different water flow have been analyzed.This paper provides evidences for understanding and improving the existing products.
