基于转速和外卡油压信号的供油提前角测试

摘    要:为了对柴油机供油提前角实现不解体测量,开发了以MC9S08AW处理器为核心,基于瞬时转速信号及外卡油压信号的柴油机供油提前角测试系统。本文介绍了外卡油压信号表征供油始点,瞬时转速信号的波谷确定上止点的原理及方法。并在495型柴油机上进行了试验,讨论了外卡油压信号和瞬时转速信号在描述供油始点及上止点时的有效性。试验结果表明基于外卡油压信号及瞬时转速信号获得供油提前角是可行的。

Abstract:To identify injection time of the using diesel engine,a testing system has been developed using a MC9S08AW based on engine transient speed signal and external fuel pressure signal.The methods that got the beginning point of fuel supplying from external fuel pressure signal and the top dead center from engine transient speed signal have been proposed.The testing results on a 495 diesel engine indicate that it is possible to get the injection time by external fuel pressure signal and engine transient speed signal.
