摘    要:根据钻头牙轮测量的特点 ,研制了一套对牙轮位置、角度等尺寸进行自动化检测的系统 ,系统由机械和电气两部分组成。系统测量方法首先是按照牙轮工件齿锥面或齿孔轴线的理论角度对其进行旋转 ,使其被测齿锥面或齿孔轴线处于水平位置 ,然后驱动电感传感器划过齿锥面或齿孔底面 ,得到一组由光栅尺和电感传感器共同给出的位置尺寸数据 ,最后利用这些数据通过线性回归和极坐标旋转公式求出牙轮实际角度和实际位置尺寸。本系统的测量结果与三坐标测量结果相比 ,角度值相差不到 2′ ,位置尺寸相差不到 0 0 1mm。

Abstract:A new automatic system has been developed for measuring the position and angle parameters of the bit cone. This system is composed of mechanic and electrical parts. The mechanic part consists of column, crossbeam, vertical swivel table and horizontal swivel table, which force the inductance sensor move up and down, left and right, and drive the cone workpiece rotate respectively by motors and leading screws. The electric part consists of control circuit, counting circuit, inductance signal processing circuit and A/D converting circuit. The concrete measuring method is expounded. The design of the relevant circuits and system software are described. The values measured by this system are very close to the three-coordinates measurement.
