摘 要: | 报道一种实时散斑错位干涉仪的实验室装置。采用Fe:LiNbO_3晶体作散斑照相的记录介质。晶体掺Fe量为0.1%摩尔,对λ=488nm波长的透过率<5%。进行散斑照相的同时在Fe:LiNbO_3晶体上形成象全息图。用此装置可以实时地测量物体的形变以及进行实时无损检验。

Real time speckle shearing interferometer using Fe:LiNbO crystal |

Abstract: | This paper reports an experimental setup of real time speckle shearing interferometer. In the setup we use Fe:LiNbO3 crystal as recording medium for the speckle photography. The. transmissivity at A=488nm is <5%. The wedge angle of the shearing lens is 1°. The image hologram is simultaneously constructed on the Fe:LiNbO3 crystal while the shearing speckle phothgraphy is taken by the shearing lens on the crystal. This setup can be used in measuring the deformation and real time nondestructive testing. |
