摘    要:设计的研究结果表明,以煤为原料,发电能力在450-500MW的新型气化与联合循环发电相结合(In-tegrated Gasification Combined Cycle,IGCC)工厂在现今的电力市场上是非常有竞争力的。单系列设计加上IGCC工厂的净发电量与效率的显著提高,使得IGCC的电力装置投资成本降至850-1000美元/KW范围内,热效率上升了43%-46%。这些提高来源于在IGCC的设

Abstract:Design studys show that the new type of gasification incombination with IGCC based on coal for the generation of 450~Mwof power is very competitive in the present power generation market. Thesingle-train design as well as the net power output from the IGCC plantand the marked improvement on efficiency reduces the installed cost of anIGCC power unit to the range of 850~1,0000 US dollars/kW and increas-es the net thermal efficiency by 43%~%.These improvements resultfrom the incorporation of the new-generation GE gas turbine, Texaco gasi-fication technology and Praxair elevated pressure air separation unit intothe IGCC process designed.
