Application of Zero-inventory Theory in Management of Construction Equipment and Materials

Based on the application of the zero - inventory theory, the authors exercised some trial work in the practical management of construction equipment and meterials of the gas turbine project of Zhenhai Powe Plant of Zhejiang Province. In view of the status of construction equipment and materials of Zhenhai project, achievements have been made in the division of target function models, the development of local dynamic storage sites, setting up dynamic supply - line of construction materials and a coordinating network, careful plan for the conveyor system and follow - up control applying the three - dimensional dynamic management. Some successful experience is provided for the management of equipment and materials in electric construction management project.
