织物静态悬垂系数试验时间的确定

摘    要:为了科学地确定织物静态悬垂系数的试验时间,选用自行设计的利用图像技术测试悬垂性能指标的XDP-1型织物悬垂仪,其试样放置方法为试样托盘平稳上升,织物试样自重下垂,能有效地测试1块处于静止状态的织物试样在1个时间序列下的多个静态悬垂系数值。通过对织物静态悬垂系数随测试时间变化曲线的分析,认为试验时间设定为固定时间的规定是不合理的,并提出采用最小试验时间来测量织物静态悬垂系数,这样可提高测量结果的合理性与重现性。

Abstract:To determine the test time of the fabric static drape coefficient in a scientific way, the fabric drape tester XDP-1 was developed, which adopts a drape image test method. Its sample placement in a plate ensures stable lifting while the fabric sample is overhanging because of gravity. The tester can measure many values of the fabric static drape coefficient in a time sequence. Through analyzing the change curves of the fabric static drape coefficient as a function of time, it is considered that the invariable test time of fabric drape is irrational. The minimum test time can be adopted, which improves the rationality and reproducibility of measurements.
