水性快干耐磨纳米复合道路标志涂料的研制

摘    要:通过优选交联共聚单体和氨基硅烷偶联剂等功能单体,与丙烯酸类单体、苯乙烯共聚,采用核壳乳液聚合工艺制备了软壳硬核的核壳性乳液,然后与纳米二氧化硅、功能多胺聚合物、颜填料和助剂等复配,制得了性能优异的环保型路标志涂料,具有干燥速度快、强耐磨、耐水性和耐老化的特性。

Abstract:The water-borne nano-meter complex road-mark coatings are of quick-dry, strong abrasion-resistant, water- resistance and aging-resistance. Cross-linked copolymerizing monomers and amino-silicone coupling agent are selected to co-polymerize with acrylic and styrene monomers through core/ shell emulsion polymerization technology to give core/shell latex of soft shell and hard core. Then the latex is compounded with nano-meter silicon dioxide, functional polyamine polymer, pigment and additives to give environment-protection road- mark coatings with perfect performance, supplying the gap of this kind in China.
