施工索赔——建筑施工企业不可忽视的工作

施工索赔是建筑业市场化的产物,是与国际接轨的产物,是平衡“买方市场”的游戏规则,是建筑施工企业的生存之道、发展之路。目前,施工索赔的现状不尽人意,索赔工作没有积极开展起来。笔者分析了施工索赔现状的原因,向建筑施工企业提出了抓好施工索赔工作的几点建议,希望能对建筑施工单位在工程索赔方面提供一些有益的探索与参考。

Construction Claim——the Work Can't be Ignored by Construction Companies

Construction claim is a product brought about by the marketization of the construction industry and China's integration into the world market, a rule played to balance the "buyer's market", a path for construction Companies' survival as well as development. At the present time, the current status of construction claim is far form satisfactory and the work has yet to be carried out actively. The author analyzed the caused behind this situation and put forth some proposals for construction companies to do a better job on construction claim.
