抗裂防水剂对新旧混凝土界面结合的影响研究

摘    要:本文研究了HEA-JL型抗裂防水剂掺量对新旧混凝土界面结合状态的影响,运用拉拔强度、劈裂强度和抗折强度多种方式评价新旧混凝土界面结合状态,并借助显微硬度仪对试验结果进行验证和分析,研究表明,抗裂防水剂的掺量为6%时界面结合紧密,界面强度高,有利于防水抗渗。

Abstract:The influence of anti-cracking and water-proofing admixture on the interfacial bonds between new and old concretes is presented. The pull-off test, spitting and bending tests were conducted to evaluate the bonding states between new and old concretes. The micro-hardness in the vicinity of the interfaces was also adopted to explain the experimental results. The results showed the strongest interracial bond could be achieved when 6 % admixture was used.
